VOLUNTEER HOMES NEEDED TO HOST OVERNIGHT HOUSING OF CHOIR STUDENTS - Sunday, March 8 until Monday morning, March 9 ---
Kathryn Cope, Worship Ministry Administrative Assistant sent the following request for volunteers --
"The Moody Bible Institute Chorale from Chicago, Illinois, will be performing at FBC Tulsa Sunday, March 8, 6:00 p.m. We are in need of volunteers to share their homes with these choir members from the end of the concert Sunday evening until around 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. the next morning.
Each host home would need to do the following:
1. Transport the students to their homes after the concert.
2. Bring the students back to the church around 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. Monday morning.
3. Prepare a sack lunch for each student for Monday.
4. Provide breakfast Monday morning.
If you are able to provide overnight housing, please let us know the number of students you would be able to host. We are in need of several homes, as we will be hosting around 60 students.
