LESSON: GOD IS JUST - Psalm 9:1-20
Biblical Truth: God will ultimately make right every injustice suffered by His people.
God Rules - Psalm 9:1-8
We can rest in the assurance that our just God rules with absolute authority. As judge, He will make right every wrong.
God Remembers - Psalm 9:9-12
God will remember the afflicted and take action against their oppressors. God will hear their cry and come to their rescue.
God Rescues - Psalm 9:13-16 God has called us to oppose injustice and to take action on behalf of the oppressed. However, we trust God to ultimately to make right every wrong.

PRAYER REQUESTS - James 5:13-16
The Springs - remember to pray for our satellite church and those members of our class helping--the Childers, Conleys, and Mushrushs--as well as all serving in this new venture.

Mike Trippett - pray for son, Daniel, to help Daniel through his grief with the death of his fiancee.

Susan Patterson - Correct diagnosis for shoulder problem and relief of pain.

Sharon DeVries - Successful foot surgery and quick recovery.

Susan Jacobs - Susan's sister, Judy Campbell, underwent heart tests last week. Pray for God's peace and good test results.

David Wycoff - his friend, who lives in Baton Rouge, has a daughter, Linda Ditta, 42-years old, that has breast cancer. Please remember Linda in your prayers.

Kristen Frette - daughter, Michelle McKee, is home from Cairo recovering from a broken foot, ligament tear and nerve damage. Pray for minimal pain and quick healing for Michelle.


Ron Dougless - Ron's mother, Betty Dougless, started her radiation. The cancer has shown a 50% reduction in size. Please keep Ron, Carolyn and Betty in your prayers.

Sue Tyree - continue to pray for strength and healing.

Sunnie Hall – pray for Sunnie’s cousin, Vera Davis and her husband, Rick. Rick has Alzheimer’s and Vera is struggling with the pressure of his care. Please keep them and Sunnie’s 90-year old Aunt Marie Crew in your prayers for peace.

Sue Kimberling - continue to pray for her depression to be gone.

Continue to pray for all the men and women serving in the armed forces and law enforcement. Our nation.

    To Norma McDowell, thank you so much for hostessing the "Newcomer's" dinner at the Clubhouse at her place. It was a lovely evening with great food and a wonderful opportunity to get to better know those with whom we spend our Sunday mornings.
