Thank you Terry for today's lesson... Light up the World - Philippians 2:12-30 Biblical Truth: Believers who live a shining examples of Christianity help to spread the gospel. We shine as Christians when we exhibit our salvation through our daily lives. We shine like stars in a dark world when our life style stands out as different from that of most people around us. We shine in a self-centered world when we show genuine concern for others. We also shine when we serve others regardless of adversity or risk in our own lives. PRAYER REQUESTS - James 5:13-16 HOWARD CUNNINGHAM - Howard fell and hurt his knee and now infection in his knee has worsened and he was admitted to OSU Medical Center, Room 650. Vicki says Howard should be there only a few days, as the doctor will have to drain his knee which will require surgery. LINDA CLEMANS - Linda's mother, Jondine Flynn, passed away Friday after recent illness. Funeral services are set for Tuesday, March 29, 10:00 am - in Sapulpa at the Church of the Nazarene - Green Hill Funeral Home, Sapulpa. ANN BARNES - Good news -- doctor did a heart cath and the results are wonderful -- all stents are open and working well. The results of the stress test were "abnormal" which the doctor said 12-15 percent of abnormal readings are false readings...Ann's was one of them. Prayers and faith and God got Ann through this and she is thankful. MARGARET ELMORE - Tony Bacher's mother, Kenilee & Brian Elmore's stepmother, is sleeping most of the time now, but in God's grace, she is in no pain. Continue to pray for God's peace and comfort for Margaret and the family. TERRY WILLIAMS & ELAINE HILLENBURG - their Dad, Gerald, is doing better this week. Continue to pray for Marion, Terry and Daisy, and Elaine as they care and minister to Gerald's every need. LINDA DUNHAM - pray for relief of pain for her mother's shoulder. LOUIS RICHARDSON - continued healing after foot surgery. SHAROL BATSON - pray for healing of brother, Jimmy Hollis, who has melanoma. New spots in brain and lungs, and treatment is not working. Will start chemo this week. For Sharol as she continues to care of elderly parents who need to be in assisted living, but they do not want to leave their home of 52 years. BOB IRETON - Bob's mother, Ruth, is now in a skilled nursing facility in OKC recovering from a broken hip. MARVIN DEVRIES - brother, Bob, diagnosed with colon cancer. Pray for effective treatment and healing. DANNY HILLENBURG - healing and full recovery from back surgery and surgery for melanoma. JACKIE WILKS - pray for peace, comfort, strength, healing and relief from pain. Prayer pager for Jackie, dial 918-220-1390, wait for three beeps, then dial 5#.
