THANK YOU RON LOCKNEY FOR SHARING A GREAT LESSON TODAY!

Christianity 102: Be Confident of the Resurrection - Luke 24:13-35
Biblical Truth: God's people can be fully confident about the truth of Jesus resurrection.
Consider the Possibility - Luke 24:15, 18-24
Spiritual blindness is sometimes a deliberate refusal to look at the evidence.
Examine the Scriptures - Luke 24:25-27
Presuppositions sometimes guide our interpretation of Scripture rather than let Scripture guide our understanding of Scripture and believe things concerning Christ.
Trust the Lord - Luke 24:30-32
God uses proclamation and study of His word to open the eyes of people and to kindle in them the blaze of repentance and faith in Him.
Rejoice with Others - Luke 24:33-35
The resurrection convincingly declares that Jesus saves and that no one is beyond His saving reach.
Lesson to ponder:
We can grow in confidence about the truth of the resurrection by examining the Scriptures with an open mind and heart.
We can acknowledge Jesus as our living Lord and Savior.
We can reflect with other Christians about the reality of Jesus' resurrection and share the good news of it with lost friends and neighbors.
