Email from Bruce Betts -- "Karen and I are leaving for St. Louis today. They have requested all the family to come as soon as possible. My brother, Dave, has been given only a short time unless they can find some chemo that will work. This came on very sudden and has been described as a rare form of Lymphoma. Only 35 cases known. His blood cannot absorb oxygen. Pray for Dave, his family, and especially our 100-year old father. Bruce"
From Gene Tyree -- "Please remember Gene's twin sister, Ginger Chappell, on Friday as she undergoes breast cancer surgery. Pray for God's guidance of surgeon's hands, quick and complete healing, peace and comfort for Ginger and the family."

This coming Tuesday, May 12th, Larry Merideth will be taking two vans to Del City for the Singing Churchman Concert.
Reservation are required--seats are limited.
Trip details are -
We will leave the 4th Street Parking Lot at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday and return late Tuesday night.
$20 per person riding the church van, plus your own meal at Cracker Barrel.
The concert begins at 7:00 p.m. at First Southern Del City.
