Delight in God's promise of ultimate victory through Jesus, your Messiah and Lord.
PRAYER REQUESTS - James 5:13-16
Please submit your requests and updates to Jerry Martin on the prayer request cards - Thank you!
Howard & Vicki Cunningham - PRAISE! Son, Brad & Anne Cunningham are now expecting twins! Howard asks for prayer for friend, Don Winship, who is starting cancer treatment and has just recently accepted Christ.
Gail Crist - grandson, Justin Gooding, surgery went well. He goes back in two weeks to have the cast removed and re-evaluate his arm. They removed a bone and a bone spur. Hopefully, this will stop his pain and he will not have to have reconstructive surgery as once discussed. Please pray for pain removal and complete healing. We are both very grateful for your prayers and covet your continuing prayer. Justin is currently based in Norfolk, Virginia.
Sue Wetmore - Vic's dad, Bud, remains very tired, still no word on what is causing him to feel badly. Sue's dad left rehab and will stay with her brother in Siloam Springs. Sue's cousin, Amber, who had a large tumor removed from her stomach is stable, back at work, and our looking for new home to buy. Sue's test results show Celiac Sprue disease. There is no cure but will be on a gluten-free diet for the rest of her life. Sue said, "we are filled with joy and praise for the goodness that God has given us. I have a whole new life where food is concerned. Thank you for letting me update my list of prayer requests. Wishing you God's blessings."
Kirk Larkin - friend, Dr. Floyd Ray, whose cancer treatment has started, pray for comfort, peace, no side effects from treatments and energy will remain at a high level.
Continue to pray for all the men and women serving in the armed forces and those in law enforcement. Our nation.
