Distinguished Adult Five Class member, George Paden, has earned the John M. Hess Award for Outstanding Citizenship. The Hess Award is the highest honor bestowed by the City of Sand Springs and is given annually to those who have tirelessly served their community. The Sand Springs Mayor noted that George's civic commitments have stood the test of time--including a deep spiritual commitment through his church.
