LESSON: TALKING ABOUT THE GOSPEL - GALATIANS 1:1-2:10
Biblical Truth: Unless Christians are clear about the true gospel, they may be deceived about its content.
Recognize the True Gospel - Galatians 1:6-9
The one true and sufficient gospel is that God's salvation in Christ is received by faith alone.
Realize the Gospel is Divine - Galatians 1:11-12, 15-16
The gospel of Jesus Christ is from God and is clearly explained to us in the Scriptures.
Refuse to Accept a Compromise - Galatians 2:1-6
We are to reject any efforts to distort or compromise the gospel of salvation by faith alone.

PRAYER REQUESTS - James 5:13-16

Sharon Martin - remember Joyce Wilkin as Joyce has missed church several weeks due to some painful leg problems.

Sunnie Hall - Scott, Sunnie's husband, in the ER on June 4 and was found to have heart damage. Scott is going to Oklahoma Heart Institute on Tuesday for some tests.

Jerry Martin - Sue and Don Kimberling.

Susan Patterson - Ruth Greer, Lin's aunt, is in tremendous pain from severe osteoporosis. Jerry Isaacs's sister-in-law is stable after brain surgery to remove a clot. She is 79-years old and will be in the hospital 2-weeks.

Daisy Williams - Pray for step-niece, Monique Woodrow, age 27. Monique has been diagnosed with "massive cancer." Please pray through God's healing hand that the doctors will not find the cancer and for peace, comfort and wisdom.

Continue to pray for all the men & women serving in the armed forces and law enforcement and our nation.

PRAISE - Christy Thomas: Thanks so much for praying for Jennifer in Kansas City! Our daughter, Megan, says she came through the second surgery on Friday and is now healing. She'll be in the hospital for at least another week, as this was a major thing. The family is very private, and Megan will be good for them...organizing meals and helping with the daughters. Thanks again...we all appreciate your prayers and know it is making a difference!
